To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Aphrodite’s Gardens, I have been offering nature walks in Whitegate, Co. Cork, all through 2018.

The „Amble Along“ walks took place once a month along Whitegate’s People’s Path and were meant to make participants aware of the plants and wildlife that grow and live along the path. Walks attracted keen interest and turned out to be pleasant community events.

As the year 2018 came to an end, the Amble Along project, too, was finished.

However, should you get a group of interested people together, do give me a call and we can do a one-off walk, looking at plants of the season and talking about topics of nature and wildlife.

The People’s Path is wheelchair accessible and holds interest for all age groups and people from all walks of life.
